Admission Procedure and Eligibility:

Undergraduate:
Candidates who have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam with science subjects Physics, Chemistry, & Mathematics (PCM) or Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, & Biology (PCMB) or Physics, Chemistry, & Biology (PCB) or any Inter Agricultural subject with at least 50% marks (for general candidates) or 45% marks (for SC/ST candidates) are eligible to apply for B Tech programmes offered here.

Post Graduate Diploma:
Candidates who have completed BE or B Tech in Agricultural Engineering / Civil engineering/ Mechanical engineering / Water Resource Engineering or B Sc Agriculture / Forestry / related field or M Sc Physics / Environmental Science / Forestry / Agricultural Science or related field with at least 55% marks in aggregate are eligible to apply for PG Diploma programmes offered here.

Post Graduate:
Candidates who have completed BE or B Tech in Agricultural Engineering / Water Resource Engineering / Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering/ Chemical Engineering / Food Technology / Food Process Engineering / Food Engineering / Process & Food Engineering /Dairy Engineering / Dairy Technology / Biotechnology / related field or M Sc in Food Technology / Horticulture (Post Harvest Technology) / Food & Nutrition / Food Science / Microbiology or related field with minimum 55% marks (for general candidates) or 50% marks (for SC/ST candidates) are eligible to apply for M Tech programmes in the relevant subject. However, those who have completed B Sc in Home Science / Forestry / Vet Science & AH / Agriculture / Horticulture or B Tech in Agriculture Engineering / Food Technology / Diary Technology or equivalent with at least 50% marks at graduation level are eligible for MBA programme in Agri Business.
Doctorate:
Candidates who have completed their masters in regular subjects with minimum 55% marks are eligible for the doctoral programmes.
